Currency Conversion And Payouts

For currency conversion and payouts to merchants/service providers, we are not obliged to pay merchants above the CBN (Central Bank of Nigeria) rate, however, to ensure a more favorable business relationship for both parties, we are committed to working with the available competitive rate(s) at the time payment is made by the purchaser. This may however defer slightly occasionally.

  1. Eligibility:
    • To become a vendor on the Deluxe Intricate marketplace, you must be at least 18 years old.
    • You must provide your real name and current, accurate, and verifiable contact information during the registration process.
    • Deluxe Intricate reserves the right to accept or reject vendors based on its sole discretion.
  2. Commission Setting:
    • Digital vendors can set their affiliate commission for any product(s) within the range of 25% to 90%.
    • Physical vendors can set their affiliate commission for any product(s) within the range of 0.5% to 90%.
    • Proceeds from sales will be calculated as follows: Deluxe Intricate fees will be deducted from the gross sales price, and the affiliate commission will also be based on the gross sales price. Any remaining balance after deducting the fees and commission will be paid to the product vendor.
  3. Content:
    • As a vendor on the Deluxe Intricate marketplace, you may submit one or more products for sale, including any form of digital content (written, audio, video, etc.) that is appropriate for your products.
    • All products and content must be suitable for delivery.
  4. Selling Your Products:
    • Deluxe Intricate acts as a reseller for the vendors' products, meaning that purchasers officially purchase from Deluxe Intricate rather than directly from the vendors.
    • You retain all rights and responsibilities to your goods unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement.
    • Deluxe Intricate reserves the right to evaluate your products or content for comprehensiveness, accuracy, reliability, saleability, or other factors. It is your obligation as a vendor to submit products with complete, accurate, and quality content that matches the truthful advertisements on your sales page.
    • Deluxe Intricate maintains the right, at its entire discretion, to decline any product(s) for any reason or no reason at any time.
  5. Allowed Products:
    • Deluxe Intricate does not allow and you agree not to submit any product(s) or content that is pornographic or offensive in nature.
    • Any advertising or other fees paid in connection with products, content, or other material that is removed from the marketplace will not be refunded.
    • Deluxe Intricate reserves the right to refuse to accept any product or remove any product that lacks sufficient originality.
  6. Pricing of Products:
    • Only vendors may set the price ("sales price") of their own products within the limits established by Deluxe Intricate for minimum and/or maximum prices.
    • Vendors agree not to price any product submitted to the marketplace outside of the current price limits in place at the time of submission.
    • The current "upper price limit" for any product offered for sale in the marketplace is N500,000.
    • Deluxe Intricate will review each petition for a price limit raise on a case-by-case basis and may accept or decline the petition at its sole discretion.
    • Vendors understand and agree not to offer the same product listed on the Deluxe Intricate marketplace for a different price elsewhere.
  7. Contents of Sales Pages:
    • Vendors are responsible for the content of the product description page ("sales page").
    • Vendors agree to provide all content to Deluxe Intricate in the permitted or required format(s) determined by Deluxe Intricate to upload such content on the vendor dashboard for the sales page.
  8. Hosting:
    • Vendors acknowledge and accept that Deluxe Intricate will host the sales page marketing the articles and/or goods on its servers.
    • Deluxe Intricate will make the sales pages from the marketplace accessible online and will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep those sales pages available (i.e., uptime). However, there are no uptime guarantees.
  9. Claims on Sales Pages or Promotions:
    • Deluxe Intricate strictly prohibits any false or misleading claims in product(s), sales pages, or advertisements.
    • Vendors agree not to make any unsupported, misleading, or false claims about any content or product, or the results it can produce.
    • Vendors must include any necessary disclaimers or statements to qualify their claims.
  10. Signup Fees, Payouts, and Refunds:
    • As a digital vendor, you agree that once your product is listed on the Deluxe Intricate marketplace, sales of your product will be subject to a 24hrs money-back guarantee.
  11. Payment Processing and Signup Fees:
    • The site charges a yearly fee of N1000 for each vendor to start selling their products.
    • Deluxe Intricate will charge a commission of 10% per sale for all digital vendor products, and 5% per sale for physical vendors.
    • Fees are subject to change at any time, and vendors will be notified.
  12. Payments to Vendors:
    • Vendors will be paid their commissions/sales every Friday.
  13. Vendor Warrant:
    • Any loss, harm, or damage resulting from a transaction under this Agreement or due to flawed or poor-condition products, or products that violate any laws, regulations, or intellectual property rights of any third party, shall not be the responsibility of Deluxe Intricate.
    • Vendors acknowledge and agree that they will be solely responsible for any claims, damages, or allegations relating to the products offered for sale through Deluxe Intricate's online store. Vendors shall hold Deluxe Intricate free and harmless from all such claims and liabilities.
