Hello Deluxeintricate Family,
We know many of you have been seeing “Service Unavailable” or “No Network” when trying to buy recharge cards, VTU, or use your wallet. It’s been frustrating and we understand how you feel.
The truth is, the system we were using before was connected directly to network providers (like MTN, Glo, Airtel). So when they had network issues, it affected us badly.
But we have now changed the game.
We’ve built a new version of the platform where we now buy recharge cards ourselves and upload them for you to buy.
This means you won’t be seeing “no network” again.
The system will work faster and more stable now.
Because of this upgrade, we also had to change the wallet system. So right now, everyone has:
A New Wallet (Live Wallet) for the new system
And your old balance has been moved into a Separate Wallet (Legacy Wallet) for now
Your money is safe. It has not been deleted.
But you can’t use it yet because we want you to testing this new method, to make sure everything works properly.As soon as we confirm that everything is working fine without any delay, we’ll start returning your old money gradually, into your live wallet to avoid congestion like the previous time.
We’re doing this to make sure the platform doesn’t stress you again.
This new method gives us more control, so we don’t have to depend on network people that keep disappointing.
